PCL Graphics is a high-volume large-format printing and fabrication company producing signage, graphics, décor, and custom visual solutions for major retail, commercial, and branded environments. We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our production team on the morning shift.

This role is focused on operating a Kongsberg cutting table and handling a variety of materials and finishing applications. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on CNC experience and understands the basics of machine setup, tooling, material handling, registration, and clean, accurate cutting. You do not need direct Kongsberg experience, but you must have prior CNC experience coming in.

What you’ll be doing

  • Operate a Kongsberg digital cutting table for daily production

  • Cut materials such as coroplast, acrylic, vinyl, foam board, and similar substrates

  • Perform kiss cutting, through cutting, routing, and contour cutting based on job requirements

  • Read job tickets and follow production specs carefully

  • Load materials, set up tools, and prepare files/jobs for cutting

  • Check cut quality, dimensions, and accuracy before releasing work

  • Work closely with print, finishing, and production teams to keep jobs moving

  • Keep the machine and work area clean, organized, and production-ready

  • Flag issues early if files, materials, or tolerances do not look right

What we’re looking for

  • Previous CNC experience is required

  • Experience on a Kongsberg is an asset, but not mandatory

  • Experience with any CNC cutting table, router, or similar production equipment is acceptable

  • Comfortable cutting a range of materials including plastics, vinyl, and rigid boards

  • Understands basic CNC operating concepts, material setup, tooling, registration, and cut quality

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Able to work at a good pace in a busy production environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team

Why join PCL Graphics

  • Stable, full-time position on a consistent morning shift

  • Hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment

  • Opportunity to work on a wide variety of materials and projects

  • Supportive team with steady workflow and modern equipment

  • Room to grow with a well-established graphics and fabrication company

If you have CNC experience and can step in with a solid understanding of the basics, we’d like to hear from you.
