We are looking for someone who already has hands-on CNC experience and understands the basics of machine setup, tooling, material handling, registration, and clean, accurate cutting. Check cut quality, dimensions, and accuracy before releasing work
Work closely with print, finishing, and production teams to keep jobs moving
Keep the machine and work area clean, organized, and production-ready
Flag issues early if files, materials, or tolerances do not look right
What we’re looking for
Previous CNC experience is required
Experience on a Kongsberg is an asset, but not mandatory
Experience with any CNC cutting table, router, or similar production equipment is acceptable
Comfortable cutting a range of materials including plastics, vinyl, and rigid boards
Understands basic CNC operating concepts, material setup, tooling, registration, and cut quality
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work at a good pace in a busy production environment
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team
Why join PCL Graphics
Stable, full-time position on a consistent morning shift
Hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment
Opportunity to work on a wide variety of materials and projects
