PCL Graphics is a large-format digital printing and fabrication company based in Markham, Ontario. For over 40 years, we have supported clients across retail, commercial, hospitality, cosmetics, signage, architectural graphics, and manufacturing environments. Our services include roll-to-roll and flatbed printing, CNC cutting, finishing, lamination, packaging, 3D printing, and custom fabrication. We are a fast-paced, family-owned company focused on quality, problem-solving, innovation, and dependable service.

Objectives:
• To provide a range of bookkeeping and accounting functions including posting transactions, preparing vendor disbursement scheduling, reconciling balance sheet accounts
• To respond to telephone and other inquiries from customers, vendors, employees as needed

Accounting functions
• To post vendor and customer invoices, other monthly transactions from bank and credit card statements

Office management functions
• To ensure timely review, distribution of incoming mail, telephone, customer inquiries
• To compile, file, and record associated paperwork (e.g. invoices, bank statements, timecards, etc.)
• To oversee office activities (telephone services, office supplies, etc.)
• To support the Office Manager in an administrative capacity as needed

Technical proficiency
• Must have excellent computer skills and be willing to upgrade skills as necessary
• Minimum of two years experience in Sage 50 (preferred), minimum of 3 years experience with other accounting software
• Familiarity with other operational software (project management, CRM, etc.)
• Ability to transform finance function to 95% digitization

Other Skills/Abilities:
• Must have strong organization skills and be willing to perform in a multi-task environment where priorities change quickly
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
