Finishing Technician (Lamination Focus)
PCL Graphics – Markham, ON

PCL Graphics is a fast-paced UV print and fabrication shop producing everything from roll graphics to rigid panels. We’re looking for a finishing technician who already understands print environments and can step into our lamination workflow with confidence.

This role is not entry-level. You need to know what you’re doing, take pride in clean output, and be able to think through jobs, not just push buttons.

What you’ll be doing:

• Laminating roll-to-roll prints using seal laminators

• Laminating rigid materials using flatbed laminators

• Reviewing dockets and ensuring every job is completed correctly

• Checking for dust, defects, and inconsistencies before finishing

• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and production-ready

What matters here:

• Strong attention to detail. Mistakes in finishing are expensive

• Experience in a print shop environment (required)

• Understanding of lamination processes and materials

• Ability to read and interpret job dockets without hand-holding

• Taking ownership of your work from start to finish
